Second level escalated support for Eastman Chemical Company. Worked directly with Eastman SharePoint admin and consultant teams - helping maintain, administrate, and support dozens of servers and productivity services. Responsible for working closely with the Helpdesk on current issues, both local and global, as well as maintaining self-help/troubleshooting documentation and productivity training.
Supported SharePoint 2007/2010/2013/Online, Office 365, OneDrive, Colligo, and Yammer - as well as various in-house Sharepoint-driven applications and solutions. I also assist in any graphical or web-based needs we might encounter for our documentation system such as custom HTML coding, UX/UI, scripting, or raster graphics (such as iconography or layouts).
Prior to November 2010, I worked as a Helpdesk agent providing IT support for 15,000+ employees over dozens of countries worldwide. Performed administrative maintenance, troubleshot software and hardware issues, and worked on a 12-hour rotating crew that provided 24-hour support to all company employees and contractors.
